​Four Steps to file in your entry to the Regatta :
1. Contact COA Secretary by email / WhatsApp (94283649) to register entry
2. Obtain confirmation of your entry in principle
3. Deposit your entry fees to COA's Bank Account to confirm your entry
4. Submit the required 11 Entry Documents listed in Entry Form, via email
to COA Secretary, by the
Entry Deadline : Monday 21st January 2019
Macau formalities documents need more time to process before CNY,
Therefore please submit your entries and documents as early as possible.
Late entries will not be accepted.

Entry & Classes
1. Due to berth limitation, entries limited to 22 Mono-hull sailing boats
2. Entry Priority will be given to COA member boats up to 21st January 2019
3. Entry from non-COA Member boats will be put in waiting list in receiving time order
4. Available Entries after 21 Jan 19 will be allocated to non COA member boats.
4. Entries will be split evenly into HKPN A & HKPN B Classes
5. Boats without IRC Rating will have dual score in 2019 COA HKPN Championship Series
6. Boats with IRC Rating will have dual score in 2019 COA IRC Championship Series

​​​HK Departure Immigration & Port Clearance
1. No Group Departure port clearance / Immigration session for this Regatta
2. Select your own time to arrange departure port clearance for your boat at any Marine
Department offices starting from 10:00 on 04th Feb 2019
3. Select your own time to arrange the departure immigration for your team at Sheung Wan
Pier # 1 Marine Immigration Office starting from 10:00 on 04th Feb 2019.
4. Send a copy of the port clearance certificate and HKID207A Form with Immigration Office
Chop to the Regatta WhatsApp Group by 09:00 on 05th Feb 2019.

​Skipper Briefing
1. No skipper briefing Session for this Regatta
2. Skipper Pack with Regatta info and notes will be distributed to skippers via email
by 31st January 2019
3. Regatta Committee will arrange briefing to any New Macau Race Participants individually.

Prize Giving Party - Friday 15th February 2019 - 19:00 to 22:30
1. Prizes for the Regatta Winners will be presented in the new COA Annual Dinner Party
2. Dinner Ticket for Skippers - Free of Charge
3. Dinner ticket for crews / guests - HKD350 per head

COA-CNM 2019 Chinese New Year Hong Kong-Macau Regatta
Tuesday 05th February 2019 & Thursday 07th February 2019
​The fleet will go to Clube Natuico de Macau (CNM) again in the 2019 CNY Macau Regatta.
​Boats with deep keels up to 3.0 meter are able to enter CNM.
​Regret that Multi-hull boats are not able to join due to space limitation.
Detailed Regatta arrangements will be released in early January 2019.
