This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Cruiser Owners Association (COA) and its website Your right to privacy is extremely important to us and we have created this statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Below are the guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our site, joining our association as a member or participating in activities and/or events organized by COA.

Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by choosing to unsubscribe. Unique identifiers are collected to verify the user's identity and for use in our record system. 


We will only use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to let you participate in our activities and events, receive our messages, ship an order . . . etc.


We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.


Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email, text message or phone in the future to tell you about our association, website, activities and events, services, products, promotions, news, other updates and changes to this privacy policy.


Your Access to and Control over Information


Personal information relating to you, your activities and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the my account page.


If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

To request services and products from COA, for example, becoming our member, joining our activities and events, buying COA products and so on, you may be asked to provide personal information like contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like bank account detail, credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for fulfil your service and product request and/or billing purposes. If we have trouble processing your requested order, we may use this information to contact you.
