2026 COA Highest Participation Award

The COA Highest Participation Award recognises the member boat that demonstrates the greatest commitment to the association by participating most actively across the full calendar of COA events.

Awarded annually, this prize celebrates consistency, enthusiasm, and dedication to the COA sailing programme. All events held between 1 January and 31 December 2026 will count towards the overall participation score, encouraging crews to take part across the full range of rallies, races, and social gatherings.

​

To be eligible for the award, boats must participate in at least one of the Macau Rallies or the Christmas Cup, ensuring involvement in one of the association’s flagship events.

​

The award will be presented at the COA AGM & Annual Prize Giving Party, continuing a long-standing tradition of recognising those who contribute most actively to the spirit of the association.

​

For the 2026 edition, we are delighted to have the support of Diving Space and WindRider, with the prize consisting of two CHASING Dory underwater drones. These innovative devices offer a unique way to explore below the surface, making them a fitting and exciting reward for the most engaged crew of the season.

A true test of commitment to sailing and the COA community, the Highest Participation Award remains one of the most rewarding honours on the calendar.
